Refund & Returns Policy

At Be Beautiful Beauty, we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, you have the right to a 14 day cooling off period. This means that you can return any products purchased so long as they are unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received them within 14 days of your order being made.

Should product/s arrive damaged or faulty, we will repair, replace or exchange the product/s when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of receiving your package.

We ask that you please send any photographs or videos that you have of the issue when contacting us so our Customer Care team can best assist you.

Any products you wish to return, whether it is within the 14 day cooling off period or if they are faulty or damaged, must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

For any faulty or damaged products, Be Beautiful Beauty will assist in facilitating the return free of charge. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us including the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered. Please note that we will refund the money back to the original method of payment charged only (e.g. credit card, debit card, Paypal) and this will take 2-5 days, depending on the bank.
Please note if there is no fault with the product, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us via a postal or courier service. This cost must be covered by the customer. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, less the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered.

At Be Beautiful, we believe in ensuring our customer's receive the best of our services therefore we do not issue refunds on treatments should you not be satisfied, instead we will offer to repeat the treatment at a discounted rate or free of charge. This will be at management's discretion.
