Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are really important to us and we are delighted when you book in to visit us.

 

Since this time is entirely dedicated to you, we respectfully request that 24 hours notice is given for cancellations.

 

If 24 hours notice is not given, a 50% charge will be applied before any further appointments can be completed or booked.

 

"No show" appointments will be charged at 100% of the service booked.

Our cancellation policy allows us to continue to provide a high quality service to all of our customers but also to safeguard our business.

 

We appreciate each and every customer that walks through our doors and hope you will understand why we need to implement this measure.

 

This policy will be applied regardless of the therapist booked or circumstances to ensure continuity with all clients.

Package Treatments

We would be delighted should you choose to book one of our specific "Treatment Packages" that are offered throughout the year.

 

Due to the discount applied to these packages, they must be used either on the same day of booking or within the specified time frame (if this is given).

 

This policy will be applied regardless of the therapist booked or circumstances to ensure continuity with all clients.

Patch Tests

At Be Beautiful, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. To ensure the best results and prevent allergic reactions, we require patch tests for certain treatments.

 

Patch Tests are Mandatory for New Clients.

 

All new clients must have a patch test at least 48 hours before their treatment.

 

For existing clients, if you haven't had a treatment in the last 6 months, a new patch test is required.

 

Treatments Requiring a Patch Test:

Eyelash and Eyebrow Tints

Lash Lifts & Extensions

 

Patch tests take just a few minutes and can be done during a consultation or walk-in.

 

For your safety, we cannot perform treatments without a patch test.

Unfortunately it is against our company policy to soak-off nail products from other salons. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
